We eat here quite often and have never had a bad experience. Food and drink are always great. People are friendly and courteous.Parking: Parking here has never been an issue, even in winter the lot is always managed for snow and ice.

The current employee, a male this morning, February 7, 2024 rejected an order this morning and refused to make them. He is losing business by rejcting the order and refusing to make it. I have noticed this with this individual in the past.

Gabriel was awesome. Helped explain the different menu items and recommended different things to try. Will definitely be back! He deserves a raise!

I normally really enjoy Charley's but today unfortunately the food was not good. I got a kids meal with boneless wings and an order of traditional wings. They were go nasty! Completely dried out and flavorless and just seemed to be really overcooked. It was really a waste and I ended up tossing it. The staff was nice but seemed very busy.
