Five Guys - North Canton

It's 2022 and I went here for the first time. The food was very good. Was not thrilled with the prizes as only a small frit was $4 extras. I really wanted a shake, but that would only have made my only meal over $15.

Lol at the people who complain about the prices. The size, quantity, and quality of food is WELL worth it. Staff is always friendly. Not sure why people think restaurants and food service should give you everything for $6 or $7. It’s not 1990. The cost of everything, including the restaurant’s cost of goods, has gone up.

We have always enjoyed our experiences at this restaurant, but tonight they truly exceeded our expectations. We placed an order through UberEats, but our driver arrived without our food. This was not the fault of Five Guys in any way. I called them to ask if they could prepare our order fresh so we could pick it up ourselves, and they were more than willing to help. They even assured us that our fries would be completely fresh. When my husband arrived to pick up the order, they generously offered our food for free. He explained that it wasn't their fault at all, but they insisted on helping us. They really took responsibility for an issue that wasn't theirs to handle. It's a wonderful restaurant with exceptionally helpful employees who clearly care about the community they serve. Thank you, Five Guys, for your kindness and generosity!

This restaurant is fantastic, serving authentic hamburgers and fries made from real potatoes. We had the pleasure of sitting outside, and the service was excellent. The milkshakes were delightful. Be sure not to miss this place!

I’m giving it four stars instead of five mainly because of the prices. The small burgers and small fries cost over $12.00, which I think is a bit excessive. While the food was delicious and the portion of fries was generous, I believe a meal like this should be around $6.99. If the prices were lower, we would definitely visit for lunch every week.
