Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Customer service was amazing. Very friendly, smiley faces!! General manger was super helpful and very welcoming. Will definitely be back again!!

I wanted in the drive through for over 20 minutes before someone took my order, meanwhile three cars came through the drive through sat for 5 minutes and left without ordering! when we order eventually, we didn’t want to wait any longer for “fast food” so we just ordered a milk shake but the plan was to get the whole family food! lost a lot of money there. we pull up to the window to pay and get our milk shake, she took our money gave us our change and left 5-7 minutes later came back to tell us that they were out of heath bar by now we didn’t get food because we didn’t want to wait any longer so we just got a milkshake and we couldn’t even get our milkshake right after 35 minutes so we just got a caramel milkshake.

Ordered a cheeseburger meal and chiliThey did not make fries. I asked to be sure they come with the meal and they put some in the fryer and told me they would bring them out. Ate my sandwich and chili… still no fries… went to ask about them and the fries she put down were given to another guest! The one’s sitting in the fry holder were certainly cold.There were 4 people in the restaurant … Absolutely no guest service.The manager did refund price of the fries and offered a free custard but I declined.Where is pride in your work??

I can’t say enough good things about Phil (district manager). He was very friendly, accommodating, efficient and more! The food was fresh! Highly recommend!

My son asked to come here for our mommy son date. The food was hot, fresh and we can't find these fries anywhere else! A very good first experience and we will be back!
