Little Caesars Pizza - North Canton

The worst experience I've ever had. The staff was super rude and respectful. Just told me I kept up. I laughed about me because I ordered online and couldn't get my money back. I'll never go back. And I told the staff that and they said well that we don't need your money. I wish I could give less than one star.

Preorder food,, pick up time given. Showed up on time to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes. 2 cars ahead of me ,,my order should be ready but they just allowed the cars in front of me to wait. I get my order 25 minutes after the given pickup time and of course it's cold. All the while I watched the employees eating Taco bell and joking around. I will not be back. The building also looks horrible no sign and paint is peeling off. And who wants cold Marinera sauce to dip cheese bread in??? Not me

My kids LOVE Little Caesars. Unfortunately for us, this location, although VERY close to home, just plain SUCKS. They are NEVER staffed. Every time we try to drive up to get a pizza the lights are off and nobody is inside. This is DURING store hours, too! On the VERY rare occasion that someone is working, we have to wait a minimum of 10 15 minutes for a cheese pizza. Don 't be fooled they do NOT keep pizzas hot and ready . We 've tried online ordering but the past two times our orders simply never got made. If a manager ever reads this, get these issues fixed! This could be a great pizza place!

Placed an online order said it would be ready at noon. Go to the store to pick up and they do not open until 1pm. Not sure why it was an option to place an order. Tried to call at 1230 pm that day to cancel the order and said it was ready and not able to cancel for some reason. A week later and no refund. Not professional at all.

Wife placed on line order and asked me to pick up. Went to window, and they would not give me the order. Said I had to come in and get it out of the portal. I told them our orders were never in the portal because they don't fit (big family), and that i had picked up numerous times at the window. Whatever, you have to come inside, so I did. When I got home, found out we were shorted 1 pizza and 2 desserts and one pizza had wrong toppings. Tried calling at least 20 times, but it was busy every time. Phone left off the hook? Finally gave up and drove back to store. Arrived at 845. Sign says they are open until 9. Nope. Doors locked. Lights off. Guess I will try again tomorrow.
