Mcalister's Deli - North Canton

Second time there. Food is really good. Shocked by the size of the loaded spud! Looking forward to trying something new next time.

I heard great things about this place so gave it a shot on my lunch break. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I did the choose 2 option, order pickup.I chose the New Yorker sandwich and the loaded spud. Food was hot and ready when I arrived. The sandwich was a soggy mess (would have been much better toasted), and very plain. The Spud was fine, but they failed to put the condiments (butter and sour cream) in the bag so it was a very dry potato. I've had better food at much cheaper restaurants. Overall, not a good experience.

Multiple of my favorite sandwiches I've ever had are from McAlister's, and I love their potato salad. I'd recommend eating in unless you live pretty close depending on the sandwich the bread can get soggy on a longer drive. Still, if you love meat you owe it to yourself to try one of their sandwiches. One of my favorite restaurants.

This place I'm torn with my opinion on the food. I have a food allergy.. Many people do so part of the menu I cannot have. Not their fault. I've eaten there before. Though it was pretty good. This latest trip the meals my other half and I had purchased were literally raw. It wasn't cooked through. With that being said talked to the manager. She was very nice tried to replace the meals . Unfortunately I have food allergies like I mentioned. Didn't end up dining there. The manager refunded my money. So I must say the experience wasn't all that great. ?

Horrible reuben! Slimy meat, very little kraut and dressing.
