The staff ia friendly and the food is prepared without errors. They are the only fast food establishment which can be trusted to get things made correctly. The drive-through lines (there are 2) move really quickly.
This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. It’s clear that the management is not up to par. There were long lines both inside and outside, with mobile orders also piling up outside waiting for their food. Meanwhile, employees were casually chatting and rummaging around, completely ignoring the long line of cars and customers. I’m a huge Chick-fil-A fan, and I’ve never seen a location run so poorly until today.
Is this the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever experienced? It might just be the slowest fast food experience overall, to be honest. I've visited multiple times, both for dining in and takeout, and unfortunately, it just doesn't meet the standards set by other locations.
The staff was rude, and the bathroom was lacking supplies. Our Cobb salad was advertised to include eggs, but it didn't. The chicken in our salads was tough, and the coffee we ordered was lukewarm. When we asked for a replacement, we received another lukewarm cup. Overall, this visit to CFA was very disappointing.
