Panda Express - North Charleston

I recently placed an order from this restaurant, which is just a mile away from my home. Unfortunately, they forgot to include one of the items I ordered. After the delivery driver left, I called the restaurant to let them know, and they offered me a refund, which I didn't need. What I actually needed was the food I ordered! They didn't send someone back to rectify the situation. Overall, I found the delivery service to be lacking. I recommend dining in, but make sure to keep a close eye on your order.

I placed my order online about 40 minutes before my scheduled pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant to collect my order, nobody acknowledged me for about five minutes. Eventually, someone approached and asked what I needed. I mentioned I was there for an online pickup, but my order wasn't ready, so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Once we finally got home and opened the food, I discovered that I was missing an entire order of crab rangoon.

The restaurant was clean, and all the food was fresh in the lineup. I had a really positive experience overall. The customer service could have been better, but it was still good. I would definitely eat here again.

Good food, but huge portions, the staff is friendly, but you can say that they want to move you as quickly as possible. The waiting period is almost not present due to the lack of people who eat here. I can say it's pretty good, but I somehow have really dry noodles and the amount of sauce on the chicken was too much.

OMG so outstanding food ?. We went around 5 restaurants for 4 days. We are from MN and FL. This is best testing, so fresh, so seasoned, clean, very good service. And price very reasonable. ?Thank you so much ? Recommend yes, yes, yes ?
