Red Lobster North Charleston

Red Lobster use to be a great facility. This place has taken a toll and not up to par. The ambiance is not good. The food was subpar not hot and off from other Red Lobster in SC. The biscuit was served cold and overall I was disappointed.

The manager Kerry and his team are very sweet. I came a week ago with my mother after a meeting for lunch and everything was delicious. Before I fell my business card into a drawing and I won! Kerry called me and I came the next day. It really blessed my heart that everyone was so friendly. Before I came in, I had made another state license test and passed and I think it had something to do with me to win the drawing, lol. Long story short I will definitely recommend this location for all my customers and friends.

My best friend and I decided to stop and eat lunch and Kyle was our server. She has amazing customer services and drinks?! We're my absolute favorite. She was very attentive and didn't laugh at us. If you're going around and you'll see her win? not be disappointed and you will have an amazing time.

Very good experience. Partly because of the excellent service given by Tia. She was hospitable and accommodating. She was a real breath. The grilled rainbow trout was the best I ever tasted. The overall quality was excellent and will definitely return there in the future. Nina Wallace

This is the only Red Lobster in the area. I've been here a lot. Every time I have a good meal. Service is good. The only case I have is that they constantly change their menu and prices. The biscuits of cheddar should just die! I'll buy them as long as you are? The server was nice and 2 managers checked for us. Good portion sizes. Ends home left over.
