Dunkin' - North Chicago

Better then the first one we visited. Donuts still a little stiff, likely to weather and later in the morning. Still good, and great service.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Reminds me of the getto part of Chicago..... stood there for 5 min, cleared my throat and said excuse me , employee saw me, I saw her and didn 't bat an eye for another 5 min.... so I didn 't get my drink from DD.Traveling, already behind didn 't help. Short staffed????? But even the discount on the cigarettes, their add says 2.20 after 2packs but got 1.20, because employees are not allowed to take down any advertising.... even if they don 't honor theadvertisement, what she said

Good coffee and donuts.. the service was good even when busy

Just walk away from this wanna be Dunkin shop. No selection, dry stale doughnuts. No filling in jelly doughnuts. Worst Dunkin on the planet. From what I?ve seen every restaurant near here is below average.
