Sweet Pea Cafe More - North Dorset

Popped into the Sweet Pea for breakfast on Saturday morning as we were visiting for a classic car show. It was quite busy, but we were soon found a table and our order taken. Small English for me and a vegetarian option for my wife. Very quick service and friendly hospitality from the owner. We will definitely look forward to visiting again on the first Saturday of each month

Wonderful spot for lunch. Very friendly staff and a warm, cosy atmosphere. They were particularly helpful as we were both gluten free. Fresh, tasty food and well presented. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice lunch or even just a quick coffee and cake.

After a small hike this was the perfect stop off. Cakes were delicious as were the hot drinks! Very hospitable and friendly owner greeted and served us

Great home made food. Pleasant, prompt service despite being busy. Had a tasty lunch followed by the best scones I've had from anywhere, lovely light and moist. Visited a couple of times whilst on holiday. Shame we are not local or we would be regulars.

Found this cafe on Google search and was impressed by reviews, so gave it a try on our way to Chard. A I can say is the positive reviews are correct. Lovely cafe with excellent choice of well prepared and quality dishes. Coffee good also. Served by 2 lovely ladies who managed to set up a table for 4 even though most were reserved. Quick note on that if you are planning to arrive around lunch time best to reserve as its very popular. Great stop try it you won't regret it Colin
