Contribuisci feedbackAll the staff were great. Everything that went wrong is a management failure. The staff were really upset there wasn't a safe place to put my wheelchair when I needed to sit comfortably at a table with my teen child. The staff were friendly and did their best to understand sign language. My teen-ager was able to interpret but it shouldn't be placed upon a child to communicate. Like I said, the staff were fantastic but the management needs to invest in their workers by putting correct numbers on per shift and paying for customer service employees to have at least 1 team member with a Makaton Sign Level 1 qualified person on every shift. Both BSL and ASL communities can communicate with Makaton at most basic level. Management needs to see all the team, including security staff and invest in all of them as it's not fair. For the volume of customers and how busy it gets, management couldn't do their jobs yet get paid loads more.
Went to McDonalds last night and ordered food etc was not allowed to eat in the restaurant as apparently after a certain time you can’t eat in. Everyone had to stand outside in the absolutely lashing rain to eat food. McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant and the word restaurant means sitting and consuming the food should be an option. Disgraceful way to treat paying customers.
Maureen was a delight, such a treasure, and the best representation for Mcdonald's i have ever seen. Maureen is a legend!
How hard is it to get an order wrong. How difficult is it to understand NO CHEESE, even having the sticker that says no cheese on the box you would think might be a bit of a giveaway??? Maybe!!
Most efficient McDonalds I hsve been in a long time. There was a lady working upstairs walking round the customers checking everything was okay and gettibg anythinv they needed.
