Starbucks Coffee - North Druid Hills

Honestly this is my favorite Starbucks. They're all very friendly and I've never had a bad drink from here. I often order on the app and every time I walk in my order is always ready. Their drive thru service is also faster than any Starbucks I've ever been to.

Service was the issue here. I don't normally go to this particular location (Lavista and N Druid Hills) and probably won't go back. Drinks just as good as any other coffee house but the girl who took my order was bickering with another employee while ringing up my order and after scanning my gift card just walked away. Wasn't sure if she got my oder or not. Apparently it was time for her shift to end as she walked out the front door saying goodbye to coworkers minutes after taking my order. It was all just a little unprofessional and didn't sit well with me.

Nym, who took my order at the front, was fantastic. They’re very friendly and kind. The customer before me was unnecessarily rude to them for not asking for their name, and Nym handled the situation with kindness and grace. Just want to make sure Nym gets the kudos they deserve!
