Eating I was delicious and the spicy margarita was also quite good. good experience overall, but parking is tight so a bit stressful.
Rarely do I wish I had a sixth star to give a place. But OMG! This place is Amazing! Funky fusions of American favorites with asian twists. Great bar staff. If you want a truly unique dining experience centered around classic American staples. You can not do better in Atlanta. I came for brunch. But will try to drag all my co-workers back for dinner. It was that good!
I discovered this restaurant while searching for a new dining spot. I noticed they offer a happy hour on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 5-6:30pm. A few friends and I decided to check out their happy hour on Wednesday at 3pm. I was able to book a table for 3 in the morning for 5pm. I arrived a few minutes before 5pm and found parking right in front of the restaurant. We were seated promptly and were one of the first groups for the evening. Our waitress was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, providing detailed descriptions of the drinks and dishes. She made sure our water glasses were always full. I ordered the Okonomiyaki Fries and the tuna tataki, one friend ordered a cocktail and the katsu sando, and the other friend ordered the chicken tacos and an Entree salad from the happy hour menu. I also indulged in a special dessert, the brûlée, which was delicious. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, which were freshly prepared and full of flavor. I am already looking forward to my next visit to try more items on the menu. In addition to the excellent food and service, the decor of the restaurant is charming - perfect for an Instagram photo. To top it off, we each received a complimentary package of Pocky chocolate. Highly recommend making a reservation or stopping by when in the area!
My partner ordered the steak breakfast burrito and a blood mary, while I had the fried chicken breakfast burrito. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service in Paris. Both burritos were packed with flavor, although the blood mary was a little too sweet for my liking.
Whiskey Bird was absolutely delicious. This evening marked our first visit, and we had a fantastic experience. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful - I regret not getting his name (he was a young man with shoulder-length, brown hair). He truly made our dinner exceptional and our order arrived perfectly. The food was incredible and of superb quality. Since we are not from Atlanta and won't be staying long, we decided to try a variety of dishes. We ordered the Korean Queen, Hong Kong Slider, Korean BBQ Tofu dish, and WB Burger. Our favorite dishes were the slider, burger, and queso. While the Tofu dish was good, it was a bit too much for our taste buds, and the flavors were a bit overpowering. However, we appreciated stepping out of our comfort zone. We hope to return one day!
