Great coffee and eat beautiful little town space for a bite and stop a coffee. suppe and great desserts.
I've eaten twice for breakfast here and the food is excellent. the portions are good and the eating freshly prepared. their baked goods are delicious! I can't wait to try their lunches!
This cozy and rustic caffe is perfect for breakfast, lunch or brunch. my man and I went for the first time this morning. we were greeted with smiles. the coffee was nice and hot and came in big cups. we ordered both the breakfast Skillet...with a side of homemade brown brot. wow! it was absolutely delicious, and because it was served in a chic, was hot from beginning to end. two perfectly boiled eggs overcrowded the dish of kartoffeln, paprika, wobble, ham, speck and real cheese. the music was perfect (not a radio station, so no advertising spots to interrupt her conversation) and they could hear the personal happy with the music singing. it was our first visit and we will definitely return. can not wait to try their eier benedikt, unfortunately it is only served on Saturday. this was an excellent culinary experience and we left the restaurant with full bells and smile on our faces.
Went to Cup of Jo's for the first time today. Very quaint, country house turned cafe. Old fashioned decor. You order at the counter they give you your drinks and you sit anywhere. They only sit 30 maximum. They take your name and then bring...your order to you. The menu is very reasonably priced for the quality, definitely aimed at seniors income. The menu is small but thoughtfully put together. Breakfast and Lunch items only. Range from soup, sandwiches, salads, crepes and muffins and bars. Gluten free items are available upon request. The coffee is very good and they make a great. cappuccino. We ordered the vegetable soup with some bread and a spinach, mushroom and feta omelette . The food was delicious. The soup was the kind your grandmother would make, hearty and flavourful. The omelette was packed with cheese and veggies and came with thick toast. We ended up splitting a berry crepe for dessert. because it looked so good. A definite gem. Worth a trip out to Winchester.
