Beechwood Farm Farmhouse Inns

As always, Beechwood was fantastic. There are plenty of options for vegetarians and the beef is incredibly tender and delicious. After visiting the Jug and Bottle recently, it's clear that Beechwood surpasses it in every way. I will definitely be recommending Beechwood to everyone. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with anything. Can't wait to visit again soon.

The food was fantastic, but it could have been warmer. Amber was a wonderful host. The restaurant was very clean with a pleasant atmosphere.

Only have been once before but after the refurbishment was invited for Carvery Lunch just after it re opened. I won’t be returning as although the decor is lovely the food was not so! The Yorkshire’s needed a hacksaw to get through and the veg almost raw. The meat tasteless and grisly which really put me off. So it’s a NO from me !

It was a while since I last visited for a carvery and had to complain about the food then but decided to give it another go to celebrate my 85th birthday with my family and wished that I hadn't. The servery was understaffed at 12.30 and the carver seemed to be doing everything which made him rush and give some grisily slices of meat. The yorkshire puddings were tough and the vegetables undercooked. The waitress was very nice when I complained and told me to choose something else. My guests didn't like making a fuss and eat what they could. Not a good experience to repeat especially as it was my birthday treat.
