Pats Select Pizza Grill - North East

The food was really good, we got pizza, fettuccine, the chicken sandwich and the short rib flat bread. Like I said, the food was excellent. The 4 star review is because the AC was dripping from the ceiling and got us wet. The bathrooms also needed a little help. Overall, it was really good and I'd go back for sure

Tonight, for take out, I ordered a chopped power salad and it was perfection! The North East location has upped their game for sure! Salad had two char-grilled boneless skinless chicken cutlets resting on top that weren’t cut into pieces so the chicken was moist and held its flavor. All contents of salad were crisp and fresh and served as a generous portion, with like two servings for the price of one so I was able to eat half and save some for tomorrow’s lunch! My Mom ordered a gluten-free pizza and she said it was delicious. So glad Pat’s offers healthy gluten-free options for take-out.

Our pizza delivery experience tonight was less than satisfactory. When we called, they offered us a $5 refund. They really need to improve their service.

I ordered spaghetti and found the noodles to be cold and much firmer than al dente. The sauce was just typical store-bought spaghetti sauce. There was no bread or anything served alongside it, although the portion sizes were generous. I wouldn’t order this again.

I walked in 20 minutes before closing and was looking over the menu when the manager asked an employee to check if the grill was being cleaned. The employee returned without saying anything and waited to take my order. A few moments later, as I began to place my order, I learned that the grill was closed. However, the employee did come out and offered to take my order once they had stopped cleaning the grill. I initially considered giving this experience one star.
