Good location, walking distance to grocery store. Restaurant and bar downstairs. Rooms aren't with the same charms as the rest of the hotel. Ask for a room not seeing only the fire escape with many pigeons. Rooms: My room was clean but was in bad need of an upgrade. Had a fridge and a heating pot. Provided, coffee sugar, milk. Walkability: Much in walking distance .Two blocks over is the shopping area Rooms: 3

Just there to use the TAB self service facility. No queuing experienced. Service: 4 Location: 4

Average stay.. Photos of room on line doesn't match with what you get but was adequate for our needs.... Only problem we had was that the code for the door entry that you need to put in after 9pm didn't work and the after hours number was not manned so lucky l could let my husband back in after he went to get something out of our car... When l spoke to staff she laughed and said sorry but really didn't care that even at 9am the next day he still hadn't had any contact and for all they knew could have still been outside. Also same staff thought it was more fun to talk to her friends when we arrived than book us in even after we had ring the bell.. Someone else did get job and then she asked if she could help us. Also fridge didn't work properly and couldn't fill jug up unless you used a glass as tap was to close to edge.
