Got to the end of my drink and found this? A little surprise is always fun. My throat is feeling a little scratchy, so that’s also fun. Probably from the ice machine not getting cleaned properly or regularly.Also stopped by after 8pm, I was the only customer there and there was four employees (an hour before closing? , two seemed like managers, and no one addressed me while I waited to order.30 seconds isn’t a long time, but it is in the customer service world when you’re awkwardly waiting for one of the four employees to acknowledge you.

Always a five star for me. Kailey is fantastic for service and ensuring your food is correct to order. I called with questions and they were answered with polite friendly service. Always a favorite for me !

I ordered lunch from here today. I'm 3 blocks from the store. It took an hour from the time it said it was out for delivery until I finally called the store to talk to someone. They were extremely rude on the phone. When the food did finally show up, I had no idea it was there. The driver literally pulled up, leaned the bag against my work places window IN THE SUN and just drove off. Not letting anyone know it was there. This location is an absolute JOKE.
