Pizza Hut - North Georgetown

Their new ordering system is awful. Call center for a local restaurant is ridiculous. What a shame they don’t let their staff speak to their customers.

This is the only Pizza Hut that I got to here in town. Every time I go there, I can count on my food being fresh and the customer service is cool/easy going.

Me and my family came in got seated immediately, We realized they were having a birthday party. We sat down and waited about 10-20 minutes and no one came. I went up to the counter hoping someone would realized I wanted me and my families orders taken and no one came up to me. Even someone who worked there passed by me. We eventually left and the lady next to me had her order taken. Another note is children were running in and out the party room with balloons. I understand you’re having fun but keep it to your party room, especially with young kids and adults chasing them trying to get them back in.

We eat here often with carryout. Our order is rarely wrong though staff always helps correct if there is a mistake.

I will not use delivery as they charge 3.99 and then you still are expected to tip. We live 5 minutes top from
