Road Dawg Family - North Georgetown

For quite some time I have been going to this establishment every day. I have come to know the staff and the reason I have always went is that there when is not only for their prices, but the quality of their food however, lately I have noticed some decline in their food and their staff. When I went in today, I was told that they no longer can serve me because the staff said, I took my hashbrowns to the window, which I did not I did not leave my booth, except to go to the bathroom. I leave messages on my receipt so that the owner can hear from customers from their side, but again let me say I come back because of the atmosphere and the food has been great. so from my perspective, obviously customers are not listened to or the staff is running the restaurant .

This joint understood the assignment ! Good breakfast, real cheese, real butter, and big servings. The country fried steak was AMAZING and the pancakes so fluffy, we couldn 't help but finish every bite. SO full!

Watched a guy that had 2 kids, older toddler and babie (about 1 yr), take babie outside to change the diaper on the roof of car! The restaurant has babies changing stations. Throw dirty diaper in parking lot. Bring babies back in, then goes into the kitchen and starts to cook. Mind you he had dog hair all over his black hoodie. Also, mom was a waitress there working. I sure hope he washed his hands. Thank goodness he didn't cook our food or I would have just left. They need to do better. Been going there for years but today will be the last day we go. Just floored by what happened.

Pretty empty on a Friday morning, but the food is good and the service was also. Biggest issues were the ****** Mary was just swimming with celery salt and the rest room that is shared with the bar next door was less than clean.
