Capri - NORTH HAMILTON

I am still giving a five-star rating, but I am really disappointed. Tonight would have marked the 40th year in a row that we had a Large Number 7 Pizza on June 22nd. It was disappointing to find that you were closed for our special date.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and returned last night. The service and food were exceptional, as always. I highly recommend this establishment.

I had another amazing meal at this restaurant. I ordered the Spaghetti Caruso and it was delicious. It never disappoints. My partner had the vegetable lasagna and also enjoyed it. We love their Cannelloni and Manicotti as well. I haven't tried their pizza yet, but I plan to someday.

I just got a delivery of the chicken caccitore, fucking amazing.. The spaghetti was en dente. Not too much sauce. The chicken was moist and not over cooked It was perfect. I do have 1 suggestion, maybe put a little reggiano cheese on the side. Not much just a sprinkle, don't add it to the top because the lid would take it all. The garlic bread wasn't toasted, I was ok with that, hubby wasn't to each their own I suppose, if it sops up my sauce I'm good, he's Scottish, I'm Italian, give me bread lol.. We had the best experience there tonight. food, perfect. service, just right! atmosphere, old school perfect...no tv screens in your face, no having to yell to have a conversation. Just a little Frank and Dean, crooning in the background. I was transported back in time. The grotto is amazing!
