I've tried the al pastor tacos and they are delicious! I recommend them

Don’t go here during your lunch break— regardless if it’s an hour or 30 minutes. This place takes such a long time to make the food because they only have two people working in the entire restaurant. Food is not bad, but it’s also not the best. It’s one of the better places and deserves a 5 star for its food but they are super slow. Took me 30 minutes to get my food on a Friday afternoon during my lunch break.

Best Mexican food around! Food is A+, drink selection is good, try the Aloe drinks they are awesome.

The best tacos in the New Haven area IMO (though I still have to work my way through the food trucks on Long Wharf. The al pastor and carne enchilada are both great. Everything is fresh and delicious. Ambiance is lacking but that's not what you're here for. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that I've driven by a couple times when it was unexpectedly closed.

The food is great. Chorizo and al pastor tacos are my favorite. They also have fresh grocery like cactus and tomatillos and other veggies you would not find in an average grocery store
