Attended a group function.Great service.Good food.Everything was hot and fresh.

I walked in with my family 5:15 on a Friday. We were told that the tables in the bar area, which we prefer, were reserved and we were told to go to the dining room to get a table. Upon arrival, we were ignored by the hostesses and they helped the lady who came after us. After helping the lady, we were still ignored by the hostesses. After I got their attention, while we were standing in front of them the whole time, the hostess asked to help us. While there were at least 7 tables empty, we were told they were booked for the evening. Flabbergasted by the blatant discriminatory behavior, we decided to take out pizza for our child, where we told that adults can't order pizza in the dining room. So she insinuated in a condescending manner that we could only afford pizza. Then she told us that the pizza would take 40 minutes. Knowing that she purposely delayed the pizza, we went to the back to inquire. We found out after 10 minutes that the order was never even put in. I saw people order and their order was put in right away. When the guy realized that I knew what was going on, he said he'll put it in right away and it won't be long. 10 minutes later it was done. Whether she is hostess or owner, she should learn how to treat people, especially those who are of color. The color of our skin, the way we look, nor their perception of us does not permit them to treat us like second class citizens.

There’s a reason why Bellini’s has been a staple in North Haven for decades! They do it right here classic, delicious Italian dishes with friendly service. They did some renovations recently, and the dining room is bright and inviting. I love their freshly baked garlic knots that come in their bread basket, and the homemade creamy garlic salad dressing is not to be missed! Delicious marinara sauce, and make sure to save room for their homemade desserts!

Very clean restaurant. Good food and service! Will definitely go again.
