Buffalo Wild Wings - North Haven

I placed my order online and when I arrived it was not ready. It took almost 45 minutes. They served me in a bad mood, and when they delivered my order it was incomplete. I was missing a package of cold French fries. The French fries are terrible.

I ordered delivery here at 9:30pm. Its now 11:09 pm. I waited an hour for my food to get to me. The food gets to me and it's the wrong person's food. I called and was put on hold twice! When the server came back on she tells me that both of her managers were busy and that she will take my number and call me back. Absolutely not, so I drove to the store after paying a delivery fee and a tip for the driver and they didn't apologize for their mistake or anything someone I believe to be a manager a black woman with a short cut hair style came out and said we don't have your order in the system. Mind you on the receipt that order was supposed to be delivered in GA. I live in CT. I show who I believe to be the manager the app with my order number and again no apology nothing she just walks away. The server takes my order with an attitude like I did something to them. They need to be under new management because the managers attitude shows in the workers. They really think this is okay. $50 of wasted money and now I don't even want the food because I'm scared they will do something to it with the attitude they have.

Went on a Wednesday during their all you can eat wing days. Place was not that busy when my friends and I initially arrived. However, it took more than 30 mins to get our food and they came back wrong often. Either wrong wing flavors or wrong side. They completely forgot my friends meal until I had to say something. Place is definitely lacking in attention to detail. Servers bringing the food out definitely did not pay attention to what they were bringing out. Would not recommend coming back during this special. Maybe they provide better service during other days. Waitress was kind but was stretched thin as more people arrived. There were plenty of people working but quality was lacking for sure.

It took a while for the food to come out and when it did it was cold. They were understaffed and just couldn't keep up with the patrons. The main TV was blasting too loud so it made the atmosphere irritable. Not a good experience and I won't be going back. The food servers tried.

We went to this restaurant on Wednesday 5 8 for my birthday to have a good time , we had anything but a good time . This place when we came in there was no hostess standing her post then she proceeded to not show us to our table jus pointed told us to go back there . The first , 2nd 3rd tables we went to were filthy disgusting
