Contribuisci feedbackI placed a mobile order on June 27, 20223 at Subway,16 Bantom Street, Route 15/Merritt, North Haven, CT, 06473 Ph:203-239-0260.I got confirmation through app that the order is ready. When i went to pick up my order, I was told that they never made it because they were out of ingredients.I asked them to cancel the order, and they said they're not able to do it at their end and my giftcard was charged. I contacted customer service the same day and they promised they'll refund. It's been close to 3 weeks and haven't seen refund yet.
This is a service area location with a full selection of menu options, though prices appear higher and there is extremely limited seating. Food was well prepared but limited ability to keep up with any meaningful customer volume.
I was at the counter for 15 minutes but no body attended.
If the website says you close at 8, why is it that your store is closing over a half hour early ?
Waited 10 min before being served. The door was open so the place was absolutely freezing!!! They kept on saying wait but never helped us.
