Hitchin Best Kebab

Good evening, I would like to provide feedback on a recent order we received from your restaurant. Today, I spent $122.92 on a family order and unfortunately, it was not satisfying. The nuggets were very dry, like cardboard, and no one in my family could eat them. I mistakenly ordered a chicken donor meat and chips, then called to change it to lamb donor meat and chips, but still received the chicken meat and chips. The milkshake was more like plain milk with a clump of chocolate at the bottom, and the chicken burger was burnt. This order was placed on June 10th.

The food is fantastic, the service is top-notch, highly recommended. They always serve fresh food and the staff is very helpful. The spicy wings are amazing.

I have been a loyal customer of Hitchin Best Kebab for a while now, always willing to overlook the occasional cold delivery because their food is so delicious. However, after repeated disappointments, I have reached my breaking point. If I have to reheat the food in the microwave every time, I might as well just save some money and cook at home.

I ordered on uber eats and there was hardly any lamb. I called to complain and they cited lean meat as an excuse. Totally unacceptable. The man on the phone was extremely rude. Will never use again and do not recommend. This is an unacceptable large
