Master Fryer - North Hertfordshire

Master Fryer is by far the best chippy in North Hertfordshire. Their burgers are awesome too! Would not go anywhere else for fish n chips

I stopped by this restaurant on a Monday night while passing through town and got a couple orders of fish and chips. They were delicious - the chips were crispy and fresh, and the fish was a good size and also fresh. I would definitely dine here again.

This place has fabulous fish and great chips but they undercook everything. The batter is always soft and soggy. The battered sausages are great quality, but again, they leave the batter pale and soggy. 5 Minutes more in the fryer guys!

This used to be the best fish and chip shop in Royston however yesterday 31.07.23 I bought my neice and me some chips and they must of been fried about 5 times. They were hard and unedable. Such a shame as it was amazing.
