Usa Fried Chicken - North Hertfordshire

The food at this restaurant is always amazing, and we love that they deliver to our very remote location for work. It's great value for money, and their chili sauce is incomparable.

Attached is a piece of chicken we received. Apparently it’s cooked. I was given a replacement meal however to be told this is cooked and then blacklisted by the shop because I complained is beyond comprehension! I will never eat here again and I am not looking forward to the next 24hrs!

I ordered a chicken burger meal for me and my son but he gave up waiting and went out. The order was 2 hours late and I had to call the restaurant. It was warm which was a bonus but not overly enjoyable as there was an after taste I didn’t like. I didn’t know if it was from the chips or the burger but it tasted odd and took ages to shift. I won’t be ordering from here again,

Very rude staff , specially the one taking orders over the phone by sending the wrong order and then swer at you for complaining . Do not go there

I have had the chicken and chips at this restaurant several times last month and recently today. The chicken is nice and the chips are decent. Other places I have tried had bad chips made from low-quality potatoes that made me feel sick. This place consistently maintains high quality.
