Jack In The Box - North Highlands

The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly. However, the wait time was incredibly long! I ended up backing out of the drive-thru because of how long it took, and when I went inside, it was the same situation. There was only one person ahead of me who had already placed their order, and I was just getting a drink and a small fry. The wait was just too excessive.

I've visited this drive-thru a few times, and each experience has been disappointing. The woman working the morning shift was quite rude. When I asked for hot sauce, she shot me a dirty look. I understand that she might not enjoy her job, but it's frustrating when she just walks away after I say thank you. Every time I go through the drive-thru, there’s no acknowledgment or gratitude; they simply hand you the bag and leave before you can ask for anything else. I’ve found that McDonald's offers much better customer service, and it's clear why they stay busy—they have a more pleasant approach. Jack in the Box could definitely learn from them.

The wait in the drive-thru wasn’t bad at all. The tiny tacos were delicious, especially with the avocado dipping sauce, which was already included in my bag without me even having to ask for it.

I have gotten food at the drive-thru from the Jack in the box in North Highlands a couple of times now when I have been in that area. The people are nice and the food is always exactly what I ordered. This location actually gets it right every time.Awesome to find a place that gives me what I paid for.

For the SECOND time, I have been shorted items that I ordered &paid for, got NO receipt either time. The first time this happened was several months ago and did not check my order until I got home. This time I forgot to check until I was out of theparking lot and had to go back and get in the very long drive thru line again as their door are locked up tight in the middle ofa Saturday afternoon. I would give them 'negative ' stars at this point, if that was an option.
