Original Tommy's - North Hills

I wanted some ranch dressing with my meal, which wasn't available as an option online. I called the restaurant and the employee kindly added it to my order. The burger and Chili Cheese Fries were delicious!

I ordered a chili cheeseburger, but unfortunately it did not have any chili on it. Additionally, they forgot to include the pickles on my chili dogs.

I received two orders of fries instead of the items I had ordered at this restaurant. When I brought this mistake to the attention of the staff, I did not receive any compensation or credit. This mix-up should not happen if there is clear communication between the customers and the sellers, especially when all items are listed on the menu.

Everything was excellent excellent customer service!

Yum! I got my Chili Cheese Fries while it was still hot. Excellent service. Super happy with my order
