The value of chips compared to their price has really declined. The crunchiness of the chips is very inconsistent. I apologize for the low rating, but it's disappointing to see this gem of Ipswich not living up to expectations.
I ordered a chickenburger not long ago, it was burned not even edible thought ok maybe someone had a bad day ordered 3 chickenburger and again I will burn chicken all the burgers like these were they dry and unusable will not order again from this business so a scandal because in the past they have delivered great service
I have been to this restaurant 9 times during last couple of weeks for pick up deliveries for customers . I strongly found these staff are extremely poor when dealing with delivary drivers . They don't made orders on time when they arrived at the store . This is not a single incident. They always do that in my experience . People order through your restaurant for a reason. They need food on time. But you are giving certain priority for the customers already in the store. Most of the times customer who orders at the store gets much easier than deliver pickups . As a company you are doing extremely bad customer service to three outsiders . No 1 your own customer No 2 . Delivery company who trusted your. NO 3 to the delivery driver who simply waiting for a 20-30 minutes for nothing he could have picked number of other deliveries during this wasted time . You all are get paid for work while Delivery drivers never compensate for such a waiting. Your food shop is badly highlighted with other fish food shops around Ipswich as none of them makes any delays for delivery pickups . In my experience 8 customers had a delayed drop-off. As the management you have a duty of care to train your staff properly to avoid this mistakes . If you are not ready with the order please don't notify the delivery company to find a delivery driver. That is your responsibility. DELIVARY CUSTOMERS BE AWARE IF YOU ARE STARVING YOU WON'T GET THE PRIORITY AT ALL . SORRRY
Staff are so rude, especially the old lady with no manners extremely unpleasant, and I'll be speaking with the owner more about this. Next time she will get the same treatment
