Champion Burritos To Go

Our teen daughters visited this place between school and game times twice and each time they were greeted with attitudes and rude comments by the staff. I’ve always encouraged my daughter to support small businesses, especially Hispanic owned but was very disappointed to hear how they were treated. Our girls are the most polite, quiet and respectful girls you could ever want to represent your parenting so I’m 100% sure they did nothing to deserve the treatment. Horrible customer service!

They have an attitude about everything. When I walked in they did not great me. The food is good terrible customer service. This is was my second time going the first time was bad and I wanted to try it again to see if it’s better but no it wasn’t she don’t place the money in my hand when it was right there she placed it on the table terkble I can’t believe it

The customer service was terrible. The lady who took my order looked annoyed and had an attitude about a mistake that they made with the food. It took forever like they were purposely going slow when nobody was in the restaurant and only ordered one thing. Food was okay.

Came in sat upfront for almost 5 minutes being ignored if you want food go anywhere

I got a taco salad beef looks like it came out of a can, chips are stale, tortilla burnt, fajita veggies raw. This is the 2nd time I've tried going there. 1st time service was horrible and smothered burrito was lackluster. 2nd time ordered carryout and the whole thing was trash, literally.
