Brandon did an excellent job with installing my ADT security system. I felt comfortable with the recommendations given and his knowledge of home security.

I don’t have too much to say about ADT service or devices as with the old system and devices, I still remain very much dissatisfied. ADT will not get a 5 star review at this moment..Only reason I am getting them again in this new home is because it came included with the smart home system. So we will see in the next 12 months how everything holds up.I will say, the installer, Quinton Pointer is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a companies installer. Respectful, Very knowledgeable, neat, and organized. Well represented gentlemen. 10/10 service. Probably the only reason I’m giving a 3 star is because of the 5 star service from Quinton.

Walter Young did a great job installing and explaining everything in detail. I’m very satisfied with my equipment.

Caleb is awesome! He is a very sharp young man who definitely takes his job and your safety very seriously. I would absolutely recommend ADT and Caleb to my friends, family and co workers. We had a brief conversation outside of the installation on a personal level and I must say I wish him all the success he seeks in life Very professional and polite. The whole installation from start to finish was a breeze and as smooth as can be. I am happy to leave this 5 star review. I am now considering solar that ADT offers and it's looking good so far. : let's goooo!
