Spices Asian - North Kansas City

I didn't like my dinner but I think I made a bad choice for myself. Next time I'm going to stay in my comfort zone.

Spices was a great date night. Super delicious, wide selection, and felt very well taken care of by staff.

This place was amazing when it first opened but lately the food has been kind of hit or miss. Some days the flavors are on point, lots of sauce, lots of ingredients. Others things are bland or taste like they needed to cook longer to let flavors meld, hardly any sauce, things are kind of under cooked, and watery. I used to come here all the time but I've been coming less and less lately because of it. Also I still miss the curry puffs.

I took one bite and that was all i needed to leave this review. Delicioso

I love this place. The rice was very light and made without the heavy oil taste you get with most Chinese food places. I like my combo fried rice with extra onion, spicy. I don't think I will ever eat regular Chinese again. This food was a great experience. I go here weekly now!
