The food quality and quantity is good and there is a fair selection on the menu. Also the service was very good but what let this restaurant down was the lack of heating. Like many other pubs and restaurants they seem to be trying to...save on their energy bills and the result was a cold uncomfortable experience with several customers opting to sit and eat their meals wearing overcoats. You may get away with treating customers like this in a pub but not in a restaurant.

Cannot fault the choice or quality of food it is very good and reasonable too . Service efficient and the surroundings so comfortable and relaxing . Excellent

I simply could not not fault our experience at the Carre Arms today. The food, service and attention to detail were all of a standard to suit this most fussy customer! We will return! Many thanks to you all for our lunch today.

Needed somewhere to stop for lunch on our way home. Found it via google. Places to eat near me. Excellent service from all of the staff. We had a toddler with us who would not sit still. At no point was this an issue. The...food was very good, good size portions and a good choice of drinks. Thank you!
