As many of the other reviews state wrong order sent follow up customer service appalling!!! No refund for missing items abuse and name calling shouted down the phone will never be back.
I ordered a £31 takeout from this restaurant. It arrived late, the food was bland, and they never got the order correct. It seems like the quality has gone downhill, and they are using COVID as an excuse to serve poor quality food and expect customers to be satisfied. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I use this restaurant after 7 years of being a loyal customer. - Mr. B
Absolutely appalled by the service. Actually went in to the shop for a takeaway only to get home and find 2 meals were missing.... Phoned to complain and was told a delivery would be 45min and could I come back and get free pakora... so drove back down only to return to the house and found there was no salad and they hung up the phone on me!
Avoid at all costs. We placed a home delivery through Just Eat and ordered a meal deal which included Pakora, 2 kebabs and 2 curries at around £30 and added an additional Curry. On arrival we noticed the donner kebab was infact a Chicken Kebab (in the grand scheme of things not a big deal so this wasn’t even mentioned) The food did taste nice however, about 2 minutes in my sister discovered a dead fly mixed with her food. We immediately stopped eating and called to make the shop aware. There was not even an apology issued just an offer of replacing “whatever the fly came from” which really was impossible to tell where it came from as she had a bit of everything on her plate. We stressed that we did not want to eat anything from their establishment and expected a full refund as their food was not going to be consumed. We were advised that in order to receive a refund we would have to return the food to them “as their drivers were a bit busy” after paying for a delivery! I refused to do this and it was agreed that the food would be collected (never actually was) I was initially offered a refund of £6.90 for the cost of the additional curry and after a bit of back and forth they have said they will refund the full amount. I will however be shocked if this does appear back in my bank as they didn’t seem to understand why we were annoyed in the first place... “these things happen”
