Mcdonald's - North Lanarkshire

Great place and right near where I live, always clean a decent and friendly staff still make Kovid restrictions, the great all-round spot

I had to wait a long time and then was denied brown sauce, which is something I've never experienced at McDonald's. The staff was rude and seemed more focused on dealing with just eat drivers than serving customers. I won't be returning, as it was a terrible experience.

Probably the worst McDonald's for never giving the correct order. Deliveries always without straws and sauces never with order. This time though the restaurant forgot to put mayonnaise and lettuce on a McChicken sandwich

During my visit to the restaurant with my three young grandchildren, we were rudely asked to leave one of the three reserved tables for delivery drivers and staff. Even though there were no other customers using the tables at the time, the manager, Megan, did not offer any assistance when we explained the situation. Fortunately, another customer noticed our predicament and kindly offered their table as they were leaving. This ridiculous situation made me question if this is a policy of McDonald's, as the reservation notices were simply pieces of paper stuck to the windows. I will not be returning to this restaurant. There are plenty of other fast food options nearby that offer better service and a more pleasant atmosphere.

Pointless.Avoid, can't read tickets or the menu as it's Always made wrong. Lucky kfc it's only down the road.
