The Brandon Works [wetherspoons]

Excellent service and value for money. The fish and chips were crispy and tasty. Served very quickly by friendly member of staff. Would recommend to friends and family if visiting Motherwell.

I 've been a local customer at Wetherspoon 's in Motherwell for over 20 years and I am very reluctant to give this one star now in 2023. The food quality now is absolutely atrocious and the bar staff are completely incompetent when you ask them a simple a question is the fish and chips on ?. No doubt they have figured it out between them 24 hours later. Three different answers from three members of staff so my family and I proceed to return to the table and order different food. Another 15 minute wait at the bar because this Wetherspoon 's feels the need during peak times to only have 2 staff out front (can 't figure out why). None of the food we ordered was on, Large Mixed Grill, Steaks, Fish and Chips, All Day Brunch...all not available and this has been a recurring theme at Motherwell Wetherspoon 's since February this year. Don 't waste your time, money or effort. Might as well close the place down and open a pound shop because since February the quality of this Wetherspoon 's compared to others like Glasgow and Peebles has decreased that much that in my place of work in the local community it has become a very vocal talking point at lunch hour. Goodbye Spoons, Hello Ravenscliff.

Good variety on the menu the scrambled eggs were so tasty , the prices are so good compared to going to some cafe's

Great to have a wee catch up with the girls, chilled atmosphere although service through app could be a lot quicker

Excellent service food was piping hot and great customer service!!! Drinks menu was great had loads of variety
