Carve Prime Rib - North Las Vegas

Daryl was amazing! He made us feel warm and welcomed, treating us like the most important guests. The food was incredible, which was the perfect way to kick off my travels. The prime rib was outstanding! Food rating: 5/5.

Fantastic first time experience at Carve. Had Darrell as my server and could not have asked for a more attentive and personable one. Had prime rib rare and it was probably the best I have ever had. Corn chowder and wedge salad were great too. The $15 new resident coupon brought me in but I will definitely be returning and requesting Darrell!

Excellent restaurant inside the Cannery Casino. The food is delicious with their prime rib being their specialty. They serve a bread bowl with sourdough bread and a slightly sweet macadamia nut bread that is mouthwatering! They get new customers and locals who are repeat and know many of their customers by name. We had Dereck as a waiter and he has been there several years. You can make reservations ahead-I recommend this as sometimes they are full. The customer service is excellent. The portions are large. Very clean. There is alcohol available for those who partake of an alcoholic beverage with their meal. Of note the walk through the casino to the restaurant is short but with strong smell of smoke.Parking: Very easy to get parking in the free garage and catch elevator right into the casino to go directly to the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Excellent accessibility for manual or motorized wheelchairs.
