Cold Stone Creamery - North Las Vegas

This is my second time this week that I have been unable to purchase ice because the employees are more focused on cleaning the ice cream machine than serving customers. I arrived at 9:45 a.m. and they close at 10 a.m., so they close the doors promptly at 10 o'clock, leaving customers in line to finish their transactions before closing.

I ordered a butter pecan ice cream at the restaurant, but it seemed to have melted and had a texture similar to soup. The server mentioned they needed to consult with the manager to see if they could offer me a different option. When they returned, I requested mint ice cream instead, but it had the same undesirable texture. Disappointed and not wanting to cause a scene, I decided to leave the restaurant without finishing my dessert.

The restroom is currently closed at this restaurant due to coronavirus precautions, which shows they care about our health. However, I was disappointed to see that there was only one communal glass for the used pencils. This poses a higher risk of spreading germs compared to using the restroom. There were no signs indicating a separate location for used pencils, they were all placed back in the same glass. This made me feel uncomfortable and took away from the enjoyment of the party we were attending. It seems like a cheap excuse to save on restroom cleaning. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

To give a star just because my cone tasted like fabuloso. extremely disgusting after taste. not only was the crash bad, the dame that Hawaiian/Hispanese saw that wanted to help us was rude and not a good amount, not worth my 30 dollars for two small cones.

Walked in @8:59pm as they close 9pm but they were so nice and welcoming. Going back to get more ice cream and ice cream cakes.??
