The food is consistently delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the customer service is quite good. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely keep coming back.
"Absolutely do not order delivery. My order was consistently wrong, and the restaurant wouldn’t take responsibility for it. When I called to address the issue, they informed me that they weren't accountable for what was delivered. Can you believe that? They didn’t follow the online instructions I provided for my order. I love this place, but this experience was very disappointing!"
I recently had the worst food experience ever. The chicken I ordered was so poorly prepared that it was unrecognizable; it looked old, was undercooked, and had a strange taste that made it inedible due to the unpleasant smell. The soda was flat, as if it had been sitting out for a long time, and to top it all off, there was no receipt in the bag. Overall, it was a complete waste of time, money, and fuel. In this day and age, fast food establishments should prioritize customer satisfaction if they want to stay in business. To make matters worse, the restaurant doesn't even respond to inquiries or allow you to leave a message, and without a receipt, I'm sure they won’t take any responsibility for the terrible experience.
