Everbowl Simmons - North Las Vegas

Oh my god, I am so happy I discovered this small café for Açai bowls. As soon as my partner and I walked in, we were greeted and helped right away. It was our first time trying Açai bowls, and the employee made sure to explain everything clearly. I loved that we could customize our bowls with different toppings like fruit, honey, granola, and dried fruit. The bowls tasted incredibly fresh and I felt so healthy after eating them. The portion sizes were generous too. The staff was super sweet and provided great customer service. Additionally, they have a rewards program where you can earn points for every purchase, whether online or in person. I will definitely be coming back here every morning throughout the week.

I have to give this place 5 stars! A few friends and I, who happen to be skateboarders, were craving acai bowls and decided to give this place a try. Anthony was fantastic! Despite being incredibly busy and the only one working, he provided quick service with a smile. I have nothing but praise for this place! Whoever owns it, they should know that they have a gem in Anthony.

I have never encountered such genuine customer service before! The lovely young woman who worked at Ann's location went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful experience. At one point, I tried 8 of her recommendations and was not disappointed. She was patient and represented the company with such care that one could mistake her for the owner. And let's not forget about the amazing food - it was truly excellent! I have found my new favorite spot!

Before I even opened my smoothie bowl I found so many hairs in my food at the bottom of the bowl so I know it wasn’t mine. I’m so mad because this place is expensive. When I called them and told them the lady was having an attitude with me and I was actually being nice. I noticed in the reviews that multiple people reported hairs in there food now that’s disgusting. I will be calling corporate on this place they should be given a grade F. I’m so disgusted. The people working need to wear hairnets and need to have better customer service. The ghetto lady on the phone told me that her Manager would text me but he has not. And why would a manger text me? And manager should speak to me on the phone. Overall it’s clear that hair has been found in a lot of peoples food. I’m never going back to this place… poor management and ghetto workers. It was probably the lady’s hair I was talking to on the phone that’s nasty. DONT GO HERE PEOPLE!!!!!!
