Meanwhile, the drive-thru customers were being served quickly and efficiently. If my card hadn't already been charged, I would have left without my order. Given the high gas prices, it's unacceptable to make me sit in my car for that long. All I ordered was three drinks and one burger—nothing complicated! I even tried to call the store manager multiple times, but my calls either rang endlessly or were disconnected. This experience was just a joke.
Terribly slow, we waited 30 minutes for three mini shakes. One car next to us pushed the red button that flashed for a long time no one took their order so they left. Another car got there, ordered a lot of food and drinks and got their order before us. Never going back to this location they?re terrible.
Very dissatisfying service . i ended up getting a refund after waiting 20 mins for pop corn chicken on top of watching Karime move with jo type of urgency or care about customers waiting . Probably won?t be back to this location.
I'm really upset. I ordered an Oreo Cheesecake Master Shake from here today, and it tasted like the ice cream had gone bad. When I opened the lid, I found sour patch crumbles mixed in. I've never been this disappointed about a shake before, but this was on a whole different level.
On Wednesday, July 27, around 6:30 PM, I was sitting in bay number 11 waiting for my order when my car overheated. The radiator cap blew off, leading to burns on my hand, arm, and face, as well as antifreeze getting into my eye. While I understand and respect that you don’t have a public restroom available, my situation was an emergency. It would have been simple for you to let me use the restroom to rinse out my eye and clean the antifreeze off my face and arms. Being a kind human being doesn’t require much effort. You could have momentarily put aside your job duties to check if I was okay or offered to call someone for assistance. Instead, when I asked to speak with the manager after pleading to use the restroom, you laughed and dismissed my request for a cup of water. I hope this experience stays with you and that you learn to treat others with more kindness and consideration. I also wish that you and the women in your life—your mother, sisters, and other family members—never face the kind of treatment you handed to me tonight. I’ll pray that you find compassion in your heart. This world can feel frightening and unkind with people like you in it.
