Contribuisci feedbackI was extremely disappointed with my order; everything was just bad. I've had Taco Bell before, and I know they can do so much better. The food wasn’t even melted properly, and my steak quesadilla had hardly any steak in it. It was a complete mess. I just wanted something simple, and it turned out to be terrible. The staff working on December 29th at 8 PM really need to take a look at what they’re serving because it was unacceptable. I also noticed several items were missing from my order. I hope the management checks the footage to see what went wrong.
I placed my food order at 6:39, and it's now 7:10, and we’re still waiting. The customer service is terrible, and we’ve noticed staff literally running around with orders.
They served a party of 13, and they did an outstanding job with the service, food, and drinks. I've been there multiple times over the years and have always had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was great, as usual. Food: 5/5.
I ordered food through Uber Eats, specifically requesting fire sauce. However, when the food arrived, I received zero hot sauce packets. I understand that working in fast food can be frustrating, but it seems careless and intentional to overlook the sauce request.
I really like this store. The food is always good and made right. But this visit, this shift lead got an attitude when she made my husband's food with tomato. We said no tomato do to being allergic. She tossed the food aside and made anther. But no reason to get an attitude which the customer whe you made the mistake.
