Contribuisci feedbackThe dining experience at the hotel was good, but it felt slightly overpriced for the quality of the food. The service, however, was exceptional.
The food was amazing (we tried different burgers) and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
I had lunch with a friend at TGI Fridays, which I hadn't been to in over 2 years. I ordered one of my favorite dishes, but was disappointed that it didn't taste the same. The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was mostly pasta with only about 5 small shrimp and hardly any chicken. My friend's burger looked good though.
I called to see what the waiting time would be for 2 adults and a child who needs a high chair. I was told 15-20 minutes what was good. we show and put our names on the lists and we also add that we need a high chair. we wait for 20 minutes and then our name is called. when we come forward, we wait for 5 minutes, as they had the table set up and from any reason they could not add a high chair on this table, so they had to switch the dinge. so we finally sit with menus. but no one comes to take our drink order or food order. we sit patiently for 5 minutes, then 10 and then 15 o'clock. at this point we'll get on the way. the manager passes while we go and asks what is wrong. I have politely explained that no one has come to our table for 15 minutes. she offered someone to come by right away, but it was too late for that time. hopefully this location can rent more server and get better communication in front of the house.
My girlfriend and I came in tonight and ate at the bar with Ashley and James. They were both so accommodating. Both have great customer service and work very hard you can tell. The food and drinks were amazing! We will definitely be back!
