We ordered milkshakes, but they were served with cold milk and no ice. We won't be getting milkshakes here again.

I ordered a cake for my son when I was there. the girl took someone else's job. there were other workers, and no more customers who could help me and the other person who was already helped me, or even said we will be with you in a minute. when she was finished with her order, she just went away. then she stood there and spoke to another worker, and a few minutes later another lady came into the register and decided to help me. I say I'm here to get a cake I ordered online. she's trying to ask me for it. I said I've already paid online, I'll show it, she said it's okay, I believe them. they do not hold, who pays? the cake looked great; but it tasted terrible. my children would not even finish their pieces, it was for the birthday of my sohne I had to throw the rest of the cake, they refused to eat it. when I tried. I could see why. it was terrible. I want to add. I also have a dozen donuts and the dame made it seem like I didn't worry them to order them. I will not go to this place again. I will add, it looked clean in the load out.

My cake days ordered in advance, went to pick it up and was told that they were sold out of my special order, calculated the full price for their largest portion size, but somehow gave me the smallest portion size. Thank you for ruining my birthday party.

Online says that they are open 24 hours, but no matter how late I go there in the evening, the lobby is closed and the drive thru says that they have stopped operating ice. update the times or remove the lazy employees.

I haven't been here in years and my experience was horrible. There were no basic ice cream flavors and 1 of my ice creams were served to me melted.
