Costa Coffee - North Lincolnshire

I got harassed by a colleague in this costa. Sumayyah Ahad. She chucked the change at me, when I ordered a large coffee she said your large enough. She also called me a p*ki. When I ordered hot chocolate she said I’ve had enough enough chocolate for the day. Do not come to this Costa as you will be harassed for your ethnicity and your body shape. And she kept boasting how she was employee off the month so she wouldn’t get in trouble for this complaint. She also acted like the manager when I asked to see the manager. She said “I am the manager your dumb p*li bi*ch”

The restaurant has very limited wheelchair access, with long lines of people waiting for coffee that block narrow pathways. Additionally, a raised walkway near the servery makes it difficult for wheelchair users to navigate through. Overall, the design of the restaurant is poor in terms of accessibility.

I have previously enjoyed trying new blends of coffee and being served delicious creations by the baristas at this restaurant. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed with the quality of the cappuccino I ordered. It did not resemble a cappuccino in terms of appearance, taste, or texture. Both my husband and I also experienced spills when our coffees were served. Additionally, the toilets were dirty. Overall, my opinion of this Costa place has decreased significantly. I believe that the staff should be trained to properly prepare different types of drinks, regularly check and maintain quality, and ensure proper hygiene practices. Just having a sign is not enough; it should be followed through effectively.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is amazing, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. You can't go wrong with choosing this place! It's a wonderful spot to gather with friends and have a great time, and the prices are very reasonable. Give it a try!

The coffee shop is very big and the range of coffees and food is very good, staff are friendly and helpful can get very busy and have to wait a while for service. There is a great atmosphere here nice decoration and seating. Coffee is good quality and food is nice.
