The sandwich had a pretty big, natural hair stuck to it when I opened the packaging. I didn't eat it. Grubhub promptly refunded me without any questions.

I ordered the #4 combination, a side of nachos, a side of fries, and two drinks. However, they were out of chips, so I decided to just have the combo and the ultimate fries. When I confirmed my order, I was told I wouldn't be getting nachos since they had no chips available. My son received his sandwich, but it came with loaded fries, despite me explicitly clarifying my order three times. The older female cashiers and older male cooks were there, but none of them offered to correct my order. If you can’t take an order properly or provide even basic customer service, at least try to help resolve issues!

I absolutely adore the ultimate fries, especially when paired with their strawberry lemonade. The woman at the register is always incredibly sweet as well!

I'll call the owner or whoever has them badly when they answer the phone. I just ask a simple question and she hung the phone in my face. You want to get my money?
