Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I just left this Popeyes and the food was terrible. I asked for hot fries, but when I got home, the fries were only warm, and the chicken was barely warm. The chicken sandwich tasted old. I ended up having to reheat the entire meal. I tried calling the store, but no one answered. The most disappointing part is that it was a manager who provided this level of service.

I would never return to this Popeye's. The fries were old and cold, and the blackened chicken tenders were small.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. I couldn't get anyone to respond at the drive-thru speaker, so I drove up to the window. Unfortunately, two employees there refused to take my order unless I went back around to the speaker. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Now, I'm heading to work without lunch because of the hassle at Popeyes Chicken.

Great food and great service. I went at 8:30 on a Sunday night. Staff was friendly.
