Taco Bell - North Little Rock

I just got off work and was really hungry, so I stopped by Taco Bell at 1:45. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a Burrito Supreme with no sour cream on either. I had to pay at the window and wanted to make sure everything was correct, but I ended up having to repeat my order three times. When I got home, I found that my Crunchwrap and Burrito both had sour cream on them. I’m really disappointed because this place usually serves great food, which is why I chose to come here. Additionally, the deep fryer was out of order, and I was hoping to get some cheese and taco sauce on my burrito. Thank you.

The staff at this Taco Bell is consistently friendly and genuine. The closure of the lobby can lead to some lengthy wait times during lunch (expect about 20 minutes in the drive-thru), but that’s just how things are these days. The food is always served hot and delicious, and the order accuracy is excellent.

Taco Bell is falling OFF something awful with the Mexican Pizza. It looked better, but something just wasn't right. Maybe the tortilla or the meat or the cheese? BUT something was definitely stale!!! ? Guess I'm just gonna have to learn how to cook them myself or just say goodbye to them. They had a good run.

I've visited this restaurant twice in the last three months, and both times I had a similar experience. It's quite ironic! Both times, I was told there was no beef for 30 minutes, and the fries were unavailable as well. As someone who works in debt management and has kids to support, this situation is frustrating. There were seven cars in line when I placed my order, but only two actually received their food. What a disappointment! If the numbers are low at night, it’s clear why that is happening.
